Who do I contact if I have a problem with the work?
Contact your installer first. If they don’t fix it, you can raise the issue with the scheme administrator for more help.
What’s the process, and how long does it take?
If the boiler is being installed under the ECO or LA Flex schemes, it is important to note that we currently only provide a boiler as part of a dual measure with underfloor insulation, due to funding restrictions.
However, if the work is not being funded in this way, we are happy to install the boiler without any additional measures. In either case, we will remove your old boiler and any pipe work rendered obsolete, and then install the new one in the most suitable location.
While it can vary depending on the specifics of the space, on average the process takes a few hours to complete, including clearing up afterwards
How long does it last?
All boilers have a two-year manufacturer’s guarantee. Please note that the boiler must be serviced annually for this to remain valid.
Does the guarantee cover all repairs and maintenance?
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects. However, it is important to note that annual servicing is required to maintain the validity of the guarantee
Can I get an extension on the manufacturer's guarantee?
Please check with the manufacturer or retailer, as some may offer extended warranty options for an additional cost
